Hicks Convention Services and Special Events Inc. has been serving Memphis and the Mid-South for nearly 30 years. As a special event rental company, we first opened a small inventory warehouse that has outgrown itself, over and over. We add to our vast inventory nearly every day and now have a 50,000+ square foot warehouse that is home to every imaginable prop and decoration to make any event, from a trade show gala to a cocktail party or wedding, incredible.

Our staff of trade show specialists and event coordinators pool their expertise together to create truly amazing events. The only limit to what we can do is your imagination–if you can imagine it, we can create it. The staff is available to completely organize trade shows, weddings and receptions, festivals, galas, banquets, conventions–any kind of event. We have an on-site wedding coordinator that is available to you if you so choose.

Full-Service Event Planning
We have established relationships with vendors throughout Memphis and the Mid-South and can help you with finding the perfect caterers, photographers, and other specialists. We also have our own in-house sound and light technicians, carpenters and lift operators to help with such events as concerts or theater events. Hicks Convention Services also has a wedding planner and coordinator who will work with you on making every detail—large and small—of your wedding perfect.
